Holy Living...

I came across this tonight, its quite interesting - and it relates to my previous blog - about living a life that is pure, holy and true... “It is those who 'hunger and thirst after righteousness' that are to be 'filled.' A Pure Heart will esure a Holy Life. What do I mean by a holy life? It is a life that meet the requirements and ensures the fulfillment of the promises of this Holy Book; a life fashioned after the life of the Lord Jesus Christ. Is not such a life desirable? Is not a man who is able to live out his religion before his family, before his workmates, and beofre the world highly privileged? Will he not be a means of blessing to those around him whichever way he turns? Look at him. He is honest and faithful in all his worldy dealings; in his shop factory home or wherever he may come. He has an honest heart. he is true to his promises. His word is his bond. You can trust him either in or out of sight. He has a ture heart. He is industrious. He neither shirks...

Sorry!

Sorry for my lack of blogging these past couple of days - just haven't been feeling well and also for some reason my internet connection that I get wasn't working - but its all good now! Phew! So this is what I was planning on blogging last night but couldn't get on the net... Thursday Sept 29th 2005 'O Lord, I am calling to you. Please hurry! Listen when I cry to you for help! Accept my prayer as incense offered to you, and my upraised hands as an evening offering. Take control of what I say, O Lord, and keep my lips sealed. Don't let me lust for evil things; don't let me participate in acts of wickedness. Don't let me share in the delicacies of those who do evil.” Psalm 141:1- 4 Tonight Jessie and I cuddled again on the couch - and I grabbed my bible and opend it up again to the Psalms - I'm reading through them again. As I was sitting there and petting Jessie and reading - out loud - (I have to read out loud or I get too distracted with all the other ...

My cat misses me!

Well since i have been staying at my moms place since i had my day surgery - she took me back to my place to see how my cat was doing - well my cat missed me lots! she had grabbed one of my sweaters - and was curled up in it right by the door. awwww it was so cute to see her there waiting for me. i have missed her heaps too - Jessie - is her name. Her and I have this routine every night and since I haven't been at home we have both missed it. She sleeps with me every night - either lays across my chest - or my kneck - or lays right beside me and shares my pillow. it has been wierd not sleeping with my cat over these past couple of days - I had even asked my mom if I could bring the cat here but her answer was "NO!" my cat is a little on the crazy side and my parents probably couldn't handle her. Anyways i'm feeling a bit better today - for some odd reason my arms hurt - my stomache and back hurt still which is normal for what i had done. but anyways - my arms are ...

Day After...

Its the day after my day surgery - feeling a bit groggy sill and a bit of discomfort and a bit of pain - but the good news is - so far everything is good. I'm waiting now for some test results that need to come back they had to remove a small polyp from my uterus about the size of the tip of my baby finger - like from the joint to the tip. The Dr mentioed something about how polyps can be cancerous - but its unlikely that it is. But still has to send it off for testing and all that kind of stuff. craziness. I'm praying - along with all my prayer warriors that its nothing... and that God will bring forth the healing that needs to be done. Thanks for sticking by me on this. you guys are amazing! Michelle

Fellow readers...

Hey everyone - it is exactly 11:58pm. I just had my last glass of water before midnight... and had some mega chowin' down time too before the cut off time! phew. I just made it. :) I was chatting with a friend of mine on the phone tonight - it was quite brief and stuff and just chatted about my day surgery and stuff - I'm so blessed to be covered by so much prayer. I'm not quite nervous yet about going under - but nervous about the out come and what the results of everything will be. I think thats the nervous part of it all. But God is in control right? Totally! So I'm trusting in Him right now to do the healing that needs to be done in my body. I'm taking Mon - Tues off of work, and I was told by the dr. that I may need to take an extra day or so off on top of that and let my body rest. So I'm going to see how things go and how I'm feeling afterwords - its not major surgery or anything. pretty simple and easy stuff - just the discomfort and all that kinda s...

Funny...

Ok... I was TOTALLY planning on sharing more from my last post. BUT I thought that tonight I would share something on the funny side. You see yesterday I worked from 9-6:30pm... worked an hour and a half over time - it was good though but my feet were totally killin' me... and today I worked an 8 hour shift. My feet were killing me even more tonight - so I had decided to saok my feet - then I decided forget that I'm gonna have a bubble bath. So as I was preparing the water and bubbles my cat - Jessie - decided that it would be fun to play with the bubbles. So she was sitting on the edge of the bathtub and I just watched her then all of a sudden she jumped from the tub to the toilet - and the lid to the seat happend to be up - which its usually down cause I don't want her drinking from the toilet. So anyways - she kinda got a bit wet. She was in the toilet! LOL it was really funny stuff - I don't think she will be jumping from the tub to the toilet for a while... Anyways...

More Passion

Last night I was unable to sleep - I think the main reason for that was for having a large double double coffee at like midnight! my bad... Anyways hanging out was heaps fun - and once I got home I just chilled out - I grabbed my guitar and had started to write a song for a friend of mine... I wish I knew how to post songs on here so that I could let you guys hear it... anyways its a good song. I'll probably spend the night trying to figure it out! I was thinking last night of how life is - I mean life can be just so confusing - sometimes life can cause you to have so much heartache and sometimes its hard to even understand why... (to be continued...)

Passionate about writing!?

Tonight I was at work - pondering more of the things that I am most passionate about. And I'm not just passionate about music - but I think the most thing I'm passionate about is writing. I love to write out my thoughts - feelings - and love to share it. I don't at all want my blog to be a place where I just write and vent on how I'm feeling - but I would love it to be a place where I can share what is going on in my life - straight from my heart. I think that matters the most. As I share and write - about the things that are going on in my life - I am hoping that some people may be able to relate to how I feel - how I see things. Its going to be sometimes deep personal things. Sometimes it may be just short blogs about joy - laughter. But then again they can be depressing or angry. It can really vary. For some reason or another - I had deleted all my previous posts thinking that I would start off fresh and let the readers of my blog have maybe something interesting to ...

Sarah Connor - Bounce "Bounce baby out the door I ain't gonna take this no more - Bounce baby out the door Get up and move Don't make me act a fool Just bounce." 3.
